Arogra was born from a simple belief: nature has everything we need to live healthier, happier, and more balanced lives.

I’m Mounika Sira Murali, the founder of Arogra Foods, a venture shaped by my passion for technology, agriculture, and rural development.

With 18 years of experience in the IT industry, I’ve worked across some of the world’s most advanced and emerging technologies—including Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Cloud Platforms, and Digital Transformation. My journey has always revolved around innovation, problem-solving, and building systems that create real impact.

But even as my career grew in the tech world, my heart remained close to agriculture and food processing. I’ve seen the struggles farmers face—unpredictable prices, heavy dependence on middlemen, and massive wastage of fresh produce due to lack of value-addition facilities. I felt a strong responsibility to use my skills and entrepreneurial drive to make a meaningful difference.

This vision led me to start my own vegetable dehydration and natural powders business.

Why I Started This Venture

My mission goes beyond manufacturing. It is about creating a sustainable ecosystem where everyone benefits:

  • Reducing wastage by converting surplus vegetables into long-shelf-life, nutrient-rich powders.

  • Ensuring fair trade for farmers by purchasing directly from them at the right price.

  • Eliminating middlemen, enabling farmers to earn more and consumers to receive fresher, more authentic products.

  • Empowering rural communities by creating local employment and supporting women-led and youth-led livelihoods.

  • Strengthening local economies through ethical, transparent, and sustainable sourcing practices.

This model ensures that every product you receive is fresh, clean, authentic, and ethically processed—from farm to pack, with integrity at every step.

My Belief

I believe that with the right blend of technology, innovation, and compassion, we can transform the food ecosystem in India. Agriculture doesn’t just need support—it needs intelligent value addition, modern processing techniques, and fair opportunities for those who work hardest: our farmers.

Through Arogra Foods, my goal is to build a brand that stands for:

🌿 Purity & Authenticity
🌿 Sustainability & Ethical Sourcing
🌿 Farmer Empowerment
🌿 Innovation in Food Processing
🌿 Community Upliftment
